Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc. announced that at its AGM held on June 27, 2013, the company has proposed to approve the amend the company’s charter to clarify information regarding the interests of the company’s advisor in the company and the company’s operating partnership.

On December 19, 2012, the board of directors of Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc. appointed Jeffrey L. Johnson to serve as Chief Executive Officer, effective no later than January 16, 2013. Mr. Johnson will become an employee of the company's advisor, Dividend Capital Total Advisors LLC, effective no later than January 16, 2013. Jeffrey L. Johnson, age 53, served as Managing Principal of Lakeshore Holdings, LLC, from 2007 through December 2012. Guy M. Arnold has informed the company that, in order to pursue other opportunities, he will resign as President effective immediately prior to the date that Mr. Johnson becomes the Chief Executive Officer.

Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc. announced that Richard D. Kincaid, an experienced leader in the commercial real estate industry, has been appointed Chairman of the company's Board of Directors. DPF co-founder and former Chairman John Blumberg remains a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the company's investment committee. Kincaid, joins DPF's Board after establishing an industry-wide reputation as a talented real estate investor, innovator, and visionary and proving his ability to build business and sell it for a premium at the top of the market. Working with commercial real estate investing icon Sam Zell for more than 16 years, Kincaid guided Zell's Equity Office Properties Trust as its President and CEO until the trust was acquired by Blackstone Group for $39 billion in 2007.
