Prior to joining Findly, Loveland gained more than two decades of experience in customer relationship management. Most recently, she served as vice president, Worldwide Customer Engagement for Yammer, Inc., and continued to serve as the leader of the group following Microsoft's acquisition of the company. In addition to her current role, Loveland serves as a member of the advisory board of BrightTALK, advising the company on how to build a world-class customer success organization.
