Linde Material Handling GmbH Announces Management Changes

The Supervisory Board of Linde Material Handling GmbH has appointed Harald Will (52) to the management board of Linde Material Handling for a period of four years with effect from 1 January 2014. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he will be in charge of the newly created Research and Development department. Also with effect from January 1, 2014, the supervisory board has appointed Andreas Krinninger (46) to the management board. As chief financial officer (CFO) he will be responsible for the finance and accounting department. Andreas Krinninger succeeds Dr. Matthias Schmitz (50), who is stepping down from the management board of Linde Material Handling GmbH with effect from December 31, 2013 at his own request, after more than six highly successful years, in order to pursue new challenges elsewhere. A qualified mechanical engineer, Harald Will is currently Head of Product Development of KION Group and of Linde Material Handling. Andreas Krinninger, another qualified mechanical engineer, is currently Chief Restructuring Officer of KION Group.

Linde Material Handling GmbH Announces Executive Changes, Effective January 1, 2013

Linde Material Handling GmbH appointed Sabine Neuß as Chief Operating Officer, for a period of four years with effect from January 1, 2013. In the role of Chief Operating Officer she will be responsible for production. Sabine will succeed Otmar Hauck (57), who is stepping down from the Executive Board of KION Group GmbH and the Management Board of Linde Material Handling GmbH at his own request with effect from 31 December 2012 in order to pursue new challenges.
