PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II is planning to sell some of the shares of Multi Terminal Indonesia and Pengembangan Pelabuhan Indonesia through initial public offering (IPO). R.J. Lino, Chief Executive Officer of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia, said, "We’re expecting the IPO within the next two or three years. We’re preparing everything and calculating the percentage to be offered and the funds to be collected from the IPO." It is expected that the IPO will go ahead before the second semester of 2015.
