Water Street Healthcare Partners announced that it has expanded its team of senior executives and investment professionals. The firm has appointed three vice presidents to support its growing group of health care companies, including: Hilary Dexter, Greg Robitaille and Mike Brennan. The firm's new appointments will work with its companies' management teams to support their strategic growth initiatives. Hilary Dexter will lead executive recruiting and Greg Robitaille will spearhead corporate development for Water Street's companies. Mike Brennan will identify and execute new investments. Water Street recently expanded its group of companies specializing in medical and diagnostic products, distribution, life sciences and health care services to 13 with a new investment in June. Ms. Dexter joins Water Street from Hewitt Associates, a global human resources company, where she recruited senior executives for its business segments. Previously, she worked for a boutique executive search firm. Mr. Robitaille has led business development for Sarnova, one of Water Street's companies, for the past two years. He previously managed direct investing activities and provided financial advisory services to a Chicago-based family office. He also worked with Equity Group Investments. Mr. Brennan rejoins Water Street after completing his master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. His prior experience includes working in the investment banking group at Deutsche Bank Securities.
