It has been designed at a cost of AED 280 million and will cater to customers on 14 million square feet of land.

For the year, the company recorded a net profit of AED 162 million, showing a 25% increase over 2010. The company’s total revenues was reached AED 670 million, an increase of 40% over the previous year. The company announced that it plans to take AED 500 million in new bank loans to fund its future projects. The company’s outstanding loan liability is AED 570 million and the next debt maturities will be in June and December 2012. The new loan deal is expected to be signed with banks within two months.
