Gencor Industries Inc. announced at its AGM held on march 7, 2012, the shareholders approved the ratification of the selection of Moore Stephens Lovelace, P.A. as auditors for the company for the year ending September 30, 2012.

Cepheus Acquisition Corp. announced the resignation of GZTY CPA Group, LLC as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm. GZTY’s resignation was effective August 3, 2011. The company’s Board of Directors approved GZTY ‘s resignation. There were no disagreements between the company and GZTY on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedure which, if not resolved to the satisfaction of GZTY, would have caused GZTY to make reference to the matter in its reports on the company’s financial statements. On August 3, 2011, the Company engaged Moore Stephens Lovelace, P.A. as its independent registered public accounting firm for the company’s fiscal year ending December 31, 2011. The change in the company’s independent registered public accounting firm was approved by the company’s Board of Directors.
