According to sources familiar with the matter, Arvind Ltd and Madura Fashion & Lifestyle Ltd were reportedly approached with a proposal to sell 70% stake for INR 3.5 billion. Anand Rathi is reportedly advising the financial investors to find a potential buyer for their stake, added another source.
