BNP Paribas Real Estate, S.A. has appointed Julian Sedgwick from Savills as director within the UK development and residential agency team. Sedgwick has more than 13 years of international real estate experience. He has spent the last six years in Asia, with a particular focus on business development, working with UK developers on the sale of new build London apartments to Asian investors and the introduction of Asian developers into regional and UK opportunities. BNP Paribas Real Estate Appoints Steve Norris as Non-Executive Chairman

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Steve Norris as non-executive chairman. A former transport minister and vice-chairman of the Conservative Party, Norris is currently chairman of Soho Estates. Steve will bring a wealth of relevant experience to the board of BNP Paribas Real Estate in the UK. He will support the development of property management and property development business lines, and will also work with BNP Paribas Real Estate UK Advisory chief executive officer John Slade as company seek to grow transaction, consulting and valuation business lines.
