In January 2000, Adforce, Inc. completed a merger with Artichoke Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of CMGI, Inc., pursuant to which AdForce became a wholly owned subsidiary of CMGI. Previously, AdForce, Inc. provided centralized, outsourced ad management and delivery services on the Internet. Its services included campaign design, inventory management, targeting, ad delivery, tracking, measuring, and reporting capabilities. AdForce, Inc. formerly operated as a subsidiary of ProvisionSoft, Inc.
