Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Announces Earnings Results for the First Half Year of 2014

Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company announced earnings results for the first half year of 2014. For the period, the company reported narrowed its net loss 57% to RUB 2.5 billion in the first half of 2014 under Russian accounting standards. Uncovered losses totaled RUB 25.65 billion as of June 30, 2014. Revenue more than tripled to RUB 6.17 billion. The pretax loss narrowed 30% to RUB 4.87 billion. Outstanding debt totaled RUB 83.1 billion as of June 30.

Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company and BEK Air Airline Signs Agreement for Delivery of 100 Sukhoi Superjet

Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company and BEK AIR airline have signed during Farnborough International Airshow 2014 an agreement on delivery of seven Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft. Long-range Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft are planned for delivery in full economy configuration with the capacity to carry 103 passengers: three aircraft in 2015 and four in 2016.

Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company Completes Process of Replacing the Light Configuration Aircraft with the 'Full' Version in the Fleet of This Airline

The tenth Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft in the extended configuration was transferred to Aeroflot on June 26, 2014. Thus, Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company has completed the process of replacing the Light configuration aircraft with the 'full' version in the fleet of this airline. SCAC will continue to supply Sukhoi Superjet 100 as part of the signed delivery contract for 30 aircraft of this type. It is expected that 8 more SSJ100 aircraft will be delivered to Aeroflot by the end of 2014.
