Aseco Corporation was engaged in the design, manufacture, and marketing of test handlers used to automate the testing of integrated circuits in surface mount packages, as of September 30, 1999. It also manufactured integrated circuit wafer handling and inspection systems used to load, sort, and transport wafers during manual and automatic inspection, as well as other wafer processing steps in the semiconductor manufacturing process.
