Meebo, Inc. announced new roles for several of its executive team members. Martin Green has been named president of the company. Co-founders Sandy Jen and Elaine Wherry have moved into the expanded positions of chief technology officer (CTO) and chief experience officer (CXO), respectively. In his new role, Green, formerly Meebo's chief operating officer, will continue to manage the company's overall revenue growth and strategic development and continue its short- and long-term expansion plans. Business development, sales, marketing and revenue operations will continue to report to him. As CTO, Jen, formerly the vice president of engineering, will now lead Meebo's entire engineering team. She will shape the company's engineering goals and spearhead both front- and back-end development for Meebo, while coordinating the department's communications with the rest of the company. And as CXO, Wherry will ensure that the Meebo experience stays true to the company's mission, values and culture. She will help generate broader awareness for Meebo within the community.
