Unit Instruments Inc. was acquired by Kinetics Group on 01/27/1999. Prior to the merger, Unit Instruments, Inc. was engaged in the design, manufacture, and marketing of mass flow controllers that were used to control the flow of process gases into semiconductor wafer fabrication chambers, and other related semiconductor fabrication equipment. It also manufactured gas isolation boxes, gas panels, and valve manifold boxes for use in semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes.
