Harold Westervelt to Leave INVeSHARE as President, Effective June 15, 2014

INVeSHARE announced that its President, Harold Westervelt, will be leaving the company effective June 15, 2014. The move follows recent changes to expand INVeSHARE's management team and its increasingly closer collaboration with Computershare, its strategic partner and investor. Mr. Westervelt took over as President of INVeSHARE in June of 2011 and has guided the business through several important advancements, including industry leading technology development, partnering with Computershare, and the strengthening of INVeSHARE's competitive position in the market. Mr. Westervelt will be staying with the company until the end of August 2014 in an advisory capacity.

INVeSHARE announced the hiring of two key members of the senior management team. Richard Reinemann joins INVeSHARE as Chief Operations Officer and Kevin Ryan is appointed Vice President of Sales. Mr. Reinemann has extensive experience in operations, technology and finance. He most recently served as Managing Director, Global Head of Operations and Middle Office, and was a member of the Operating Committee at Jefferies & Company, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Reinemann spent over 25 years in various executive management positions at Pershing LLC, including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Managing Director of Securities Finance. Mr. Ryan comes to INVeSHARE from CoStar Group where he was a Regional Director. Prior to that, he spent 14 years in direct sales and sales management roles in the Wealth Management and Trading Divisions at Thomson Reuters. Leonard Belvedere will continue his role as Chief Compliance Officer and will take on additional responsibilities as Vice President of Industry Relationships at INVeSHARE.
Computershare and INVeSHARE Announce Private-Label Solution

Computershare announced that a private-label agreement has been signed with INVeSHARE expanding the strategic partnership between the organizations. The terms of the agreement will enable broker-dealers, clearing firms and other financial intermediaries to execute contracts for the delivery of regulated investor communications directly with Computershare.
