Caribou Coffee Plans to Open New Store in Target Field Station on July 9, 2014

Caribou Coffee announced a new store in downtown Minneapolis near Target Field, at the newly expanded Target Field Station. The company will open new store on July 9, 2014 offering free coffee for a year for the first 50 guests in-store. Caribou's newest location will occupy nearly 2,400 square feet in Target Field Station, just outside of Target Field. The new store features ample patio seating, a community room with AV capabilities for business meetings, and a welcoming interior with a double-sided fireplace and cozy seating. The new location is open Monday through Thursday, 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Friday 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Saturday 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Caribou Coffee Closes Stores Temporarily

The company that owns Caribou Coffee is converting locations in Waukesha and Wauwatosa to Peet's Coffee & Tea and has closed the stores temporarily. Stores at 418 N. Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa and 1890A Meadow Lane, in Waukesha, will reopen as Peet's Coffee stores later this summer. The company also is converting Caribou stores in Monona and Lake Geneva to Peet's.
Caribou Coffee Launches New Creamy Cold Press Iced Coffee Drink

Caribou Coffee introduced a new iced beverage to kick-start summer: Creamy Cold Press. This new, limited-time beverage combines Caribou's premium cold press coffee, a rich and sweet cream and a variety of indulgent flavors before pouring over ice to help consumers cool down while they caffeinate. Creamy Cold Press drinks are available at Caribou locations in three flavors: vanilla, salted caramel and chocolate almond. The chocolate almond variety can be handcrafted with Caribou's real dark, milk or white chocolate. Caribou Coffee will sample Creamy Cold Press and other cold drinks from a mobile sampling cart while handing out great giveaways in communities this summer.
