As of November 1997, CODA Energy, Inc. was aquired by Belco Oil & Gas Corporation.CODA Energy, Inc. completed a merger with Belco Acquisition Sub, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Belco Oil & Gas Corp., pursuant to which CODA Energy became a subsidiary of Belco Oil & Gas. Previously, Coda Energy, Inc. was engaged in the acquisition and exploitation of oil and natural gas properties. The company also owned and operated natural gas processing and liquids extraction facilities, and natural gas gathering systems.
