The lawsuit against Seeking Alpha was filed in February in a New York state court. Greenlight Capital voluntarily dropped the lawsuit.

Longwei Petroleum Investment Holding Ltd. announced that it has filed a complaint on March 19, 2013 in the United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Defendants Geo Investing, LLC and Jon R.
