First Liberty Financial Corp. operated as the holding company for First Liberty Bank and First Community Bank of Vidalia, as of June 30, 1999. The company, through its subsidiary banks, originated residential real estate loans, commercial real estate loans, business loans, agricultural loans, and consumer loans primarily in Macon, Savannah, and the other cities of Georgia; and metropolitan Atlanta.
