Celevoke, Inc. announced the completion of a joint marketing agreement with GEICO. The agreement covers joint marketing efforts which will be aimed at the power sports and recreational vehicle (RV) enthusiast. Under this agreement, the companies will support each other's marketing efforts by co-branding and promoting power sports protection and safety. This includes GEICO logos for Celevoke to include in pre-approved point-of-sale materials to be used wherever Celevoke products are marketed, sold or installed.

Government Employees Insurance Company Inc. announced that Mike Campbell has been elected as senior vice president and chief financial officer of the company, effective Jan. 3, 2009. Campbell joined GEICO in 1982 as manager of corporate financial reporting and was promoted to director of corporate financial reporting in 1985. He became associate controller in 1986 and was named vice president in 2003. Campbell was elected to the GEICO board of directors in 2005.
