RBC Investor Services Limited announced the appointment of Kevin Hogan as Director of Client Operations, Australia. Based in Sydney, Hogan will join the local management committee and report to Duncan White, Head, Client Operations, Asia Pacific and David Travers, Managing Director, Australia. In his new role, Hogan will be responsible for managing Client Operations in Australia, including custody, fund administration and shareholder services, ensuring client satisfaction and maintenance of RBC Investor's high service standards. Hogan joins RBC Investor from Macquarie Investment Management Ltd. where he recently served as Head, Fund Accounting.

RBC Investor Services Limited has made two senior hires within its Client Solutions group. Germain Birgen has been appointed head of Client Solutions for Europe (excluding Luxembourg), and Richard Clarke joins as head of Client Design. Both will report to Tim Wood, head of Client Solutions globally. Birgen previously was managing director for HSBC Securities Services in Luxembourg. At RBC IS, Birgen will be based in Luxembourg and lead Client Solutions teams throughout Europe. He will be responsible for delivering integrated solutions to support clients, executing all client transitions activity, service management and end-to-end delivery of client change projects. Meanwhile, Clarke previously was senior vice president for Strategic Solutions at Brown Brothers Harriman, where he was also a member of the Management Team for the Financial Institutions business and a member of the BBH London Executive Committee.
