ProVest Introduces Process Server Snapshot!

ProVest announced the release of its first offering in a suite of mobile applications, Process Server Snapshot!. The new application enables servers to seamlessly capture, document, store and share relevant field data including date, time, latitude and longitude stamped photos. Process Server Snapshot! is designed to improve the process serving community's experience by bringing pertinent field information to the mobile device, allowing for quicker access. Snapshot! is also complemented with TrustIT, the company's proprietary technology that validates the authenticity of data captured and shared through mobile applications. ProVest Appoints Steve Campbell as Chief Information Officer

ProVest has appointed Steve Campbell as chief information officer (CIO). Campbell is responsible for overseeing all of the company's technological efforts, including managing technology infrastructure planning and deployment. Most recently, he was CIO of Titanium Holdings Inc.

ProVest Names Caryn Bosworth as Chief Financial Officer

ProVest announced that it has promoted Caryn Bosworth to CFO. Bosworth was vice president of finance and accounting with the company for more than three years. As CFO, Bosworth is responsible for managing all of the company's financial divisions while overseeing the preparation and completion of consolidated financial statements, bank reporting and corporate governance and internal financial controls. Prior to joining ProVest, Bosworth was vice president and controller for Catalina Marketing Corp.
