The fund invests primarily in fixed income markets across the globe. For the fixed income component, it invests in senior secured floating rate loans and other floating rate debt securities having below-investment-grade quality and credit ratings. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the S&P/LSTA Leveraged Loan Index. Senior Debt Portfolio was formed on May 1, 1992 and is domiciled in the United States.
