William Mahomes, Jr. resigned as a Director of the Company effective December 7, 2011. Mr. Mahomes had served as a Director of the Company since 2005. James Bicksler, PhD. resigned as a Director the Company effective December 7, 2011. Dr. Bicksler had served as a Director of the Company since 2008.
