Previously, Keystone Heritage Group, Inc., through Lebanon Valley National Bank, was engaged in a general commercial and retail banking, mortgage banking, and trust business in Pennsylvania. It also, through its non non-bank subsidiary, Keystone Heritage Life Insurance Company, reinsured credit life, and accident and health policies written on consumer loans generated by the Bank.
