Prior to the merger, Meridian Bancorp, Inc. operated as the holding company for Meridian Bank; Delaware Trust Company; and Meridian Bank, New Jersey. The company, through its subsidiaries, provided a wide variety of services, including checking, savings, and time deposit accounts; secured and unsecured financing; real estate financing; trust and asset management services; and other specialized financial services in the eastern and central Pennsylvania counties.
