For emerging growth stage companies, it seeks to invest between $3 million and $6 million initially, between $6 million and $12 million in aggregate, and targets 15 to 25 percent ownership. The firm prefers to lead or co-lead the investments and generally acts as the first institutional investor in the portfolio company.
