Company Overview of Lithium Exploration Group, Inc.

Lithium Exploration Group, Inc. announced that the company has executed a term sheet to acquire 16,000 acres of Chilean lithium assets. Both parties executed an LOI to proceed on April 22, 2013, and due diligence has begun. The other party is a publicly traded company and both parties have elected to maintain anonymity until further due diligence is complete and terms have been negotiated. Both companies have been active in the lithium exploration space since 2010 and hope to be able to move these assets forward together.

Lithium Exploration Group, Inc. announced it is in discussions to acquire a manufacturing facility in Arizona. The deal is in advanced discussions and will hopefully close in March 2013. "We are excited about this opportunity to partner with a niche manufacturer that can not only provide services on the development of the ultrasonic generator but who brings real sales and revenue to the Company. It is our firm belief that we can immediately increase their revenues by 100% just through our connections in the Canadian oil and gas industry," commented Lithium’s Chief Executive Officer, Alex Walsh. "This acquisition will provide continuity for the development of all of the future technology units as well as a base of operations for the R&D work that we will be performing in the future.

On 02/15/2013, Lithium Exploration Group, Inc. announced that they will be unable to file their next 10-Q by the deadline required by the SEC.
