Post and Telecommunications Receives Two Bids For Its Privatization

Post and Telecommunications of Kosovo J.S.C. has received two bids for the privatization of its 75% stake by Kosovo. The statement from Kosovo’s economy ministry showed that the bids have been submitted by M1 Limited and a consortium made up by ACP Axos Capital GmbH and Najafi Companies. Besim Beqaj, Economy Minister And Chairman Of The Committee of the sell-off procedure of Kosovo said that the financial offers will be opened publicly and the winner will be selected on the basis of the price offered. Besim added that the submitted offers meet the legal requirements of the privatization tender. Beqaj also said that after reviewing the bids, the committee will suggest further steps to the government which will have the final say.
