GenNx360 Capital Partners is seeking acquisitions. Monty Yort, Managing Partner of GenNx360 said, "We expect to build on H&S's legacy by leveraging our global C-suite relationships within the industry and executing on identified growth opportunities, both organically and through add-on acquisitions, as well as providing a valuable operating perspective to enhance an already exceptional company."
GenNx360 Capital Partners announced that Harry L. Chisholm has been appointed operating partner effective March 1, 2012. Harry will be based in the firm's New York office. Harry will focus primarily on operational leadership for GenNx360 transactions and supporting the firm's portfolio companies. He reports to Lloyd G. Trotter, founder and managing partner. Prior to joining GenNx360, Harry was the COO of Nantong Xingchen Synthetic Material Company - Blue Star.
GenNx360 Capital Partners has added Jerod A. Pierce to its Management Company’s operating team. Mr. Pierce will focus on operational value creation, operational due diligence and will work hand-in-hand with portfolio management to both identify operational value creation opportunities and to implement them. He will report to Chuck Castine, Senior Partner, and will be based in the firm’s Seattle office. For the past five years, Mr. Pierce has held a number of positions in the financial services industry, most recently at the investment banking firm of D.A. Davidson & Co. which has given him hands-on experience working on middle-market investment banking transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, financial analysis, and deal structuring. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson & Co., Mr. Pierce completed an internship as an OpEx (Six Sigma) Associate at Washington Mutual Corporation.
