Standard Chartered Bank Appoints Benjamin Hung as New CEO for its Greater China Region

Standard Chartered Bank has appointed Benjamin Hung as the new CEO for the Bank's Greater China region. This new appointment is in addition to his existing role as the CEO for Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong Limited. In his expanded capacity, Ben will oversee the Bank's operations in Hong Kong, mainland China and Taiwan. Joining the Bank in 1992, Ben has held a number of senior management positions across the Bank's operations in Hong Kong and the UK, spanning corporate, commercial and retail banking, as well as investor relations. In his new role, Ben will continue to report to Jaspal Bindra, Group Executive Director and CEO Asia of Standard Chartered Bank.
