Renren.com announced earnings results for the fourth quarter of 2013. The company reported a net income of USD 101.5 million for the fourth quarter, against a net loss of USD 21.1 million in the year-ago quarter. The increase was due to the USD 132.7 million gain from the deconsolidation of subsidiaries. Revenues totalled USD 30.7 million, down 29.1% year-on-year and net revenues fell 13.7% to USD 15.1 million. Net revenues include USD 10.2 million online advertising revenues, down 17.9% due to increasing competition and the continuing migration of traffic from PC to mobile.

Renren revenues went up 5.5% to USD 43.4 million and Nuomi revenues grew 69.4% year-on-year to USD 6.2 million.
The company expects total third quarter revenues of USD 47 to USD 49 million, representing 3% to 7% year-on-year decline.
