Skechers USA Sues Reebok Alleging Infringement on its Gowalk Product Line

Skechers U.S. A announced it has filed a lawsuit against Reebok International Limited for selling footwear that it alleges infringe on its GOWALK product line. The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Skechers is seeking compensatory and punitive damages as well as injunctive relief for infringing on its patent and trade dress rights and for unfair competition. Moreover, the suit claims Reebok is selling the infringing products under the name Reebok Walk Ahead RS.
