Bright House Networks Selects BlackArrow, Inc. to Deploy Dynamic Ad Insertion for On-Demand Platforms

BlackArrow announced that Bright House Networks selected BlackArrow's solution to manage the execution of dynamic ad insertion (DAI) in their on-demand and multiscreen TV products. As television viewing options are expanded with on-demand and multiscreen platforms, TV operators are selecting the advanced advertising systems that will enable advertising to be placed whenever and wherever TV is watched. Affiliate programmers must also be able to insert ads dynamically into VOD content. Bright House Networks can now address these needs by delivering timely and relevant ads across their on-demand platforms using BlackArrow's centralized, real-time advertising platform. The BlackArrow Advanced Advertising System enables Bright House Networks to unify campaign management, advertising reports, and advertising execution across all their TV platforms. In addition, Bright House Networks will be able to use BlackArrow solutions to increase the availability of advertising inventory for local and regional markets in the future. By leveraging a relationship and product integration established between BlackArrow and Canoe, Bright House Networks can now give Canoe-enabled programmers access to a larger footprint of DAI-enabled households.
BlackArrow Releases Data Management Platform for the Pay-TV Industry

BlackArrow announced the availability of BlackArrow Audience 2.0, a comprehensive audience and data management platform for the television industry. BlackArrow Audience 2.0 introduces Profile Manager, a tool for centralizing and managing audience data from multiple sources which enables pay-TV providers to drive effective advertising for marketers. BlackArrow Audience 2.0 enables pay-TV providers to leverage their subscriber data to take advantage of this opportunity so they can deliver the right marketing to the right audiences. BlackArrow Audience 2.0, a privacy compliant solution, allows pay-TV providers to aggregate and manage first party and third party subscriber data in a single location. The Profile Manager, a web-based interface, lets users define audiences across all TV platforms, build custom audience segments, combine and recombine segments from across disparate data sources and view the number of devices and households in audience groups. Audience segments created with BlackArrow Audience 2.0 are available immediately for addressable on-demand, linear and interactive TV advertising. In addition, BlackArrow Audience 2.0 is designed as a cloud-based platform, but has the flexibility to be deployed in several ways, including an on-premise enterprise deployment.
