PCH International Limited Key Developments

PCH International In Talks To Buy Fab For $15 Million

Multiple sources have confirmed that Fab, Inc. is in talks to sell to PCH International for $15 million, and possibly as much as $50 million, in a half cash and half stock deal. Contractual agreements are in the very early stages between the two companies (and these things could always fall apart). However, if it does happen, we’ve been told that some assets will be rolled into Fab founder Jason Goldberg’s new furniture design company Hem and the rest will be taken over by PCH, Techcrunch reported. A source close to the company tells us no one really works at Fab anymore, Techcrunch reported.

Irish PCH, RadioShack Partner for Gadget

PCH International and RadioShack announced the launch of RadioShack Labs, a collaboration aimed at innovators and start-ups creating new gadgets. The program will offer special retail terms to select PCH-approved companies so they can quickly get their merchandise into as many as 2,000 RadioShack stores. The first products are expected to be in RadioShack stores by September, displayed in a 6-foot section called "Discover It, Powered by PCH".

David Austin Joins as Vice President of PCH Access

David, who will be based in San Francisco, will report to VP & General Manager Tom Kitt, who also oversees Highway1 and ShopLocket. There he was focused on consumer video consumption technologies, and outreach to Silicon Valley startups, strategic partners and investors.
