Oncor Electric Delivery Company Llc Announces Financial Results for the First Quarter of 2014

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC announced financial results for the first quarter of 2014. For the quarter, the company's net income is up 36%, or $26 million over 2013. Increased revenues, along with lower interest expense, were partially offset by income taxes, as well as higher depreciation and ad valorem taxes driven by increased investment. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter increased by $43 million, or 10.9%, while 12 months ended results were up $103 million, or 6.1%. These increases were primarily related to increased revenue. Adjusted operating cash flow for the first quarter rose 25.2%, or $33 million, over the same period in 2013.
