BMO Harris Bank announced the appointment of Steven Zandpour as Market President for the North Shore Market of the Chicago Metro North region. Steve will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to deliver the breadth of BMO Harris' retail banking, business banking and wealth management services at 15 bank locations in the North suburbs. Steven brings fourteen years of banking experience and most recently worked at Fifth Third Bank as the Metro Chicago Regional Manager.

BMO Harris Bank NA appointed Christy Horn as senior vice president of retail lending and promoted Kevin Christopher to head of mortgage sales. Horn most recently was senior vice president of strategic initiatives and integration for personal and small-business banking. In her new role, she will be responsible for mortgage, consumer lending and government lending operations, secondary marketing, retail lending product management, retail credit support, shared services and retail lending compliance. Christopher was director of mortgage sales prior to his promotion. In his new post, he will lead the bank's U.S. mortgage sales team of more than 300 employees across all of the regions. He will also be accountable for continuing to drive the growing mortgage business to support customer mortgage needs.

BMO Harris Bank National Association announced that it has expanded its retail lending leadership team with the appointment of Christy Horn as SVP Retail Lending and Kevin Christopher promoted to Head of Mortgage Sales. Horn will be responsible for Mortgage, Consumer Lending, and Government Lending Operations, Secondary Marketing, Retail Lending Product Management, Retail Credit Support, Shared Services and Retail Lending Compliance. Christopher will lead the U.S. Mortgage Sales Team of over 300 Mortgage Sales employees across all of the regions. He will be accountable for continuing to drive the growing Mortgage business to support customer mortgage needs -- a very important part of the overall customer experience and strategic priority. Horn most recently served as SVP, Strategic Initiatives & Integration - Personal & Small Business Banking. Christopher most recently served as the Director of Mortgage Sales.
