MSX International Inc. Announces Debt Refinance

MSX International (MSXI) completed the refinancing of its outstanding debt August 21, 2014. MSXI raised $260 million of senior secured credit facilities in a syndicated financing led by RBC Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. RBC Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey acted as Joint Lead Arrangers on the refinancing and Royal Bank of Canada will serve as the Administrative Agent to the Company. The proceeds of the refinancing were used to repay the debt incurred from the company's previous refinancing transaction in 2012. The refinancing will result in a reduction of MSXI's annual debt interest costs by more than 50%. Included in the new credit facilities, MSXI secured a $40 million revolving credit facility which will be provided by a group of lenders including Fifth Third Bank, FirstMerit Bank N.A., Hitachi Capital America Corp., and JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A.

MSX International has hired Shawn Coyle as vice president, Retail Network Solutions Sales for North America and global strategic account executive. Before joining the company, Coyle served as the senior vice president of manufacturer relations at Penske Automotive Group (PAG) for five years. In this role, he was responsible for developing and executing company initiatives, while working with OEM and PAG resources to ensure market representation and standards were maintained.
Ken Czubay Joins MSX International's Advisory Board

MSX International Inc. announced that Ken Czubay, retired vice president of Ford Motor Co.'s U.S. Marketing, Sales and Service, has joined its advisory board. As a board member, Czubay will provide guidance and draw upon his extensive experience to develop the company's strategies and further the growth of its key business units, Retail Network Solutions (RNS) and Human Capital Solutions (HCS). In 2008, he rejoined Ford as the company's leader for U.S. marketing, sales and service operations. Czubay retired on Nov. 1, 2013 and his advisory board appointment began on January 1, 2014.
