Q Bay Residences, the latest private residential project jointly developed by Frasers Centrepoint Trust, Far East Organization Centre Pte. Ltd., and Sekisui House Ltd. will be launched this January 19, 2013. Strategically located at the junction of Tampines Avenue 1 and Tampines Avenue 10, Q Bay Residences is the first private condominium to be launched in Tampines in the last two years, and is expected to be completed in May 2017. Q Bay Residences comprises 630 residential units spread across eight 16-storey blocks. These span a wide variety of unit types to cater to different target markets. They comprise one- to two- bedroom + study Suites for singles and young couples; spacious three-, four-, and five-bedroom `Verandah Homes' for large families; and a mix of TRIO 2 units for multi-generational families.

Orchard Parade To Acquire Far East's Assets

Orchard Parade Holdings Ltd. intends to acquire hospitality and healthcare assets from Far East Organization Centre Pte. Ltd. in an asset swap deal.

Orchard Parade Plans IPO For REIT

Orchard Parade Holdings Ltd. is plans to get shareholders' approval to sell three properties by means of listing a real estate investment trust (REIT). The listing of the trust is a part of Far East Organization Centre Pte Ltd’s plans on restructuring its hospitality and health-care business. Orchard Parade did not disclose the expected value of the initial public offering (IPO) and did not mention whether the trust has future plans to acquire other assets.
