Bizon Joins Ripken Baseball, Inc. as Food and Beverage Director

Peter Bizon has joined Ripken Baseball as food and beverage director. Bizon is charged with managing the in-house food and beverage operations for Ripken Stadium and the Ripken Experience – Aberdeen youth complex. Bizon brings more than 15 years of culinary experience and will oversee concession stands, portable stands, suites and the Open Air Cafe for all Aberdeen IronBirds games and events at Ripken Stadium, as well as all concession activity at the Ripken Experience–Aberdeen complex. In his new role with Ripken Baseball, Bizon is responsible for designing and implementing a yearly concessions plan to increase revenue, increase food and beverage quality, while improving customer service and limiting food and labor costs. He will also supervise all aspects of daily food and beverage operations with baseball games and other outside events. Prior to joining Ripken Baseball, Bizon served as regional district chef at Aramark.

Colin Clark has joined Ripken Baseball, Inc. as assistant vice president of marketing. Clark is charged with developing and implementing a strategic and cutting-edge marketing vision for all levels of the organization. Clark will use his over 10 years of marketing experience to build the new digital home for Ripken Baseball, designed to take the Ripken Way beyond the confines of the ball field. Prior to joining Ripken Baseball, Clark served as brand manager of digital activation at Under Armour. During his tenure, Clark built multiplatform marketing campaigns for the brand and oversaw several product launches, including Under Armour Charged Cotton - one of the large product launches in the company's history. Clark also helped with the creation of the Under Armour Digital Team and designed digital campaigns, including the award winning Finding Undeniable competition, for the brand and its corporate retail partners. In his new role with Ripken Baseball, Clark is responsible for directing all marketing activities for Ripken Baseball's business segments. Additionally, he oversees company marketing strategies and initiatives, execution and messaging, while ensuring brand consistency.
