7-Eleven Inc. contracted with Digital Display Networks Inc. to create out-of-home digital networks in more than 6,200 7-Eleven stores throughout the United States and Canada. Upon its full national deployment, 7-Eleven(R) TV is expected to reach an estimated 190 million monthly viewers. Features of the in-store network will include around-the-clock programming with national and local entertainment news and weather, as well as exclusive content fit for convenience shoppers. Other original content will consist of commercials advertising 7-Eleven's signature, proprietary brands, in-store and out-of-store brands and special 7-Eleven promotions. Network programming will be divided into multiple day-parts to promote specific items at the time when they are most relevant to customers.

7-Eleven Inc. has announced that approximately 5,700 of its stores have added 15 packaged bakery items under the company's private-label brand 7-Select. The new additions include items such as snack cakes and pies, mini-donuts and breakfast pastries.

7-Eleven Inc. Opens Outlets at Caltex Fuel Stations

7-Eleven Inc. opens outlets at Caltex fuel stations. A number of Caltex gas stations will soon have 7-Eleven convenience stores following a partnership agreement inked by the two companies. The first 7-Eleven store to be located within a Caltex station will open at the Caltex Malugay station on Gil Puyat Avenue in Makati and at the Caltex Connecticut station on EDSA in Greenhills, San Juan. Seven other 7-Eleven convenience stores are slated to open at Caltex retail stations across Metro Manila within the month of October. By the end of 2009, there will be a total of 21 7-Eleven convenience stores operating at Caltex retail stations in Metro Manila.
