Its consultants are further organized into different disciplines: network design and engineering; network and systems management; integrated customer service; performance management; and global integrity security. Predictive has operations in the United States, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. In April 2002, the company established a strategic partnership with Archer Technologies as part of its Integrated Security Operations Center service offering. In the same month, Predictive completed the sale of its Security Intelligence Services unit, which includes Information Sharing and Analysis Centers, and Open Source Intelligence services, to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). As consideration for the transaction, SAIC would pay Predictive an aggregate of approximately 4.19 million shares of Predictive’s common stock held by SAIC. As of June 19, 2003, Predictive Systems, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of International Network Services Inc.
