Integrated Measurement Systems, Inc. manufactures integrated circuit validation systems to test at the prototype stage, digital, mixed-signal and memory devices such as microprocessors, application-specific integrated circuits, multi-chip modules, static random access memory, and dynamic random access memory devices. In addition, it develops Virtual Test Software that permits design and test engineers to automate test program development and to conduct simulated tests of electronic device designs prior to the fabrication of the prototype of the actual device.
