Lithium Technologies announced that it has named Ravi Kumaraswami its new Chief Revenue Officer. Ravi brings over 24 years of strategic consulting, services, enterprise software and cloud sales expertise to Lithium. For the past 20 months at SAP, Ravi was SVP of Sales. Effective immediately, Ravi will assume responsibility for all global revenues including direct and indirect sales, sales operations, global services and all sales enablement activities. He will report directly to Lithium President and CEO Rob Tarkoff.

Lithium Technologies announced that it has acquired Klout. Joe Fernandez, Klout CEO, will join Lithium's executive team, reporting directly to Tarkoff, and will continue to run the Klout operation as its General Manager and a Senior Vice President at Lithium. Chi-Hua Chien from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers will join the Lithium board of directors. Chi-Hua serves on the board of directors or co-led the firm's investments at Klout, Path, Level, Chegg (CHGG), Spotify, and Twitter (TWTR), among others.
