Stratosphere reported revenue results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013. For the quarter, the company reported net revenue of $37.2 million compared to $38.4 million a year ago. The company experienced decreases in both occupancy and ADR. The lower occupancy led to lower volume in the casino and F&B areas.
