Kevin Hughes has joined the Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services' executive team as president of occupier services. He will focus on delivering Cassidy Turley's services to clients across the country, as well as support existing teams and account leaders in providing solutions in local markets and across the nation. In addition, Hughes will lead efforts to integrate corporate outsourcing solutions by combining tenant representation, portfolio management, lease administration, facilities management, and project and development services into a single experience. Even though Hughes will be part of Cassidy Turley's executive team, he will be based out of the firm's Cincinnati office. Hughes left Cassidy Turley in 2009 to run an affordable housing nonprofit in Over-the-Rhine. He sold his stake in what was then Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.

Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Names John Benziger as Regional Managing Principal for Cassidy Turley in the DC Metro Region

Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. announced that John Benziger has been named Regional Managing Principal for Cassidy Turley in the DC Metro Region. In his new role, Mr. Benziger will focus on enhancing Cassidy Turley's commercial real estate services in the Metro DC Region and leading the region's more than 400 professionals. He will assume responsibility for the overall strategic focus, growth and profitability of the business unit, which includes offices in Washington, DC; Tysons Corner, VA; and Bethesda, MD. The new appointment returns Mr. Benziger to Cassidy Turley. From 1984 to 2002, he served as a top broker with Cassidy & Pinkard. Mr. Benziger assumes the role formerly held by Joseph Stettinius. Mr. Benziger joins Cassidy Turley from Lincoln Property Co., where he was Senior Vice President.

Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. announced that Gregory J. Moss has been named Regional Managing Principal of Cassidy Turley in Northern California. With the promotion, Mr. Moss assumes responsibilities formerly held by Michael Kamm, who was recently named President of Cassidy Turley. Mr. Moss will provide leadership and oversee the strategic focus, growth and talent management for Cassidy Turley's Northern California team, which consists of more than 400 professionals in 15 offices throughout the region, including locations in Burlingame, Capitola, Monterey, Oakland, Palo Alto, Pleasanton, Sacramento, Salinas, San Francisco, San Jose, San Rafael, Santa Rosa and Walnut Creek. Mr. Moss will remain based in San Francisco. Mr. Moss has more than 22 years of experience in Bay Area commercial real estate. He joined Cassidy Turley predecessor BT Commercial in 2001 as Managing Partner and has held senior roles with Jones Lang LaSalle as well as Compass Management and Leasing in San Francisco, where he was responsible for leasing and operations of a 12 million-square-foot portfolio of office and industrial property throughout the Pacific Northwest.
