It seeks to invest in the units of CI American Value Fund or another substantially similar mutual fund which in turn invests in public equity markets of the United States. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against S&P Composite Total Return Index. SunWise I CI American Value Fund was formed on November 25, 1998 and is domiciled in Canada.
