Brian M. Conlon to Retire as Chief Executive Officer of Inland Securities Corporation, Effective August 1, 2014

Inland Securities Corporation announced that Brian M. Conlon, chief executive officer, will retire from the industry on August 1, 2014, given the successful completion of the Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust Inc. merger with Kite Realty Group Trust and after fulfilling his one-year commitment to assist new Inland leadership with the transitioning of responsibilities.

Inland Securities Corporation Names Brian M. Conlon as Chief Executive Officer

Inland Securities Corporation announced that Brian M. Conlon has decided to exit retirement and return to the industry as CEO of Inland Securities Corporation. In his role, Mr. Conlon will oversee the public and private capital raising activities of ISC through a national team of internal and external wholesalers. He will be based at ISC's Atlanta office. Mr. Conlon began his career in the securities industry in 1983, and joined Inland in 1999. Mr. Conlon has served on the boards of directors of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), Investment Program Association (IPA), Real Estate Investment Securities Association (REISA), and on the Policy subcommittee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) Non-traded REIT Council.

Inland Securities Corporation Announces Executive Promotions

Inland Securities Corporation announced several management promotions as part of its long-term strategic positioning plan. Effective from February 20, 2013, Curtis Shoch is assuming the role of National Sales Director. He will be responsible for the Inland Securities' Sales Team of external wholesalers, internal wholesalers and a business development team. Shoch has been an Inland wholesaler since 2000, and previously has worked at Wells Real Estate Funds and Keogler Investment Advisory Services. Shawn Vaughan is assuming the role of Senior Vice President of Broker Dealer Relations. He will be responsible for the Inland Securities' Relationship Team and for developing and maintaining the selling group for Inland's investment products. Vaughan has been an Inland wholesaler since 2000, and previously has worked at Wells Real Estate Funds. Rod Curtis has been named Vice President, Director of Due Diligence. He will be responsible for building and maintaining Inland's selling agreements with soliciting broker dealer personnel and independent due diligence firms, in addition to overseeing new product development. Curtis joined Inland in 2011, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in the investment community. He previously served as a regional vice president for three non-traded real estate investment trusts.
