New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli named Vicki Fuller as the new chief investment officer of New York State Common Retirement Fund. She replaces Marjorie Tsang, who has been serving as interim CIO since September 2011, when Raudline Etienne left office. Fuller has more than 30 years of investment experience.
