Jennifer Ford Reedy, the chief of staff for Minnesota Philanthropy Partners, has been named president of the Bush Foundation, The. Reedy will take over her new position on September 4, 2012. She succeeds Peter Hutchinson, who resigned in January after leading the St. Paul-based foundation since November 2007. Former University of Minnesota President Robert Bruininks has been serving as interim president the last six months. Reedy joined Minnesota Philanthropy Partners in 2008. The group is a network of organizations that includes The Saint Paul Foundation, Minnesota Community Foundation, F.R. Bigelow Foundation, and the Mardag Foundation.
Former University of Minnesota President Robert Bruininks has been named interim president of the Bush Foundation. The appointment is effective March 1, 2012. Bruininks, who retired as the Minneapolis university's president last year, replaces Peter Hutchinson, who resigned in early January after leading the foundation since November 2007.
